Harjai Foundation in its capacity was able to donate Speech & Occupational Therapy Equipments to the students of Punarvas Education Society's Shri Devrajji Gundecha Punarvas Special School & Vocational Training Centre for Mentally Handicapped. This institute imparts educational, diagnostic & vocational services for the mentally challenged by specially trained personnel.

Harjai Foundation donated 1 Whisper Phone, 4 Air Grips & 4 Writing Claws to the student. Mr. Sanjay Harjai presented the principal of the institute Ms. Shobha Shetty with the above mentioned equipments.

The elderly residents of St. Joseph Convent Old Age Home had certain requirements which Harjai Foundation was only too glad to help them with. Harjai Foundation was able to donate 60 Hand Towels, 60 Oil bottles, 60 Talcum powder, 60 Bath soaps for St. Joseph Convent Old Age home's residents. The previous year during Diwali Harjai Foundation had distributed Sweets, 120 apples, 120 Maggie Noodles Packets, Milk Cartons etc

Mr. Sanjay Harjai, Managing Director, Harjai Group presented the items to Sr. Norah D'Lima the administrator of St. Joseph Convent Old Age Home. Also present during the presentation were Harjai Foundation staff. We spent a good amount of time with the residents. It was an overwhelming experience spending time with the residents of the convent

We received a request from Mookdhwani Vidyalaya, Vile Parle, Mumbai a voluntary school institution for the hearing impaired and registered with the social welfare departent of the Government of Maharashtra.

One of their student Mr. Pratik Sawant required a hearing aid that will enable him to hear properly. Harjai Foundation was prompt in donating a pair of Rexton Arena 2HP+ Behind The Ear Hearing Aids for Pratik and another 10 receivers for their school's students.

Mr. Sanjay Harjai, Managing Director, Harjai Group gave away the hearing aid and receivers to the students. Also present at the event were the principal, staff and students of Mookdhwani Vidyalaya.
